the rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new as for me, with balcony. the location was absolutely perfect and nice, at a walking distance from french quarter. moreover, it's not far from bourbon street and the surrounding areas, multiple areas and french quarter.

Good choice of great food at breakfast time. Authentic and exceptionally nice room and nice size bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Amazing building, unbeatable and awesome location right by canal street and the clubs and restaurants and all the stores.

Location.
Did not like the staff talking and banging around at 7am. I was not told that there was no elevator and I was traveling with a person that has knee back injuries. The rooms had no place to put you clothes, like a dresser. Also it was embarrassing to get ready to check out and find that there had been a mix up on my Debit Card. Why had my card not been run by then and the hotel notified me. I had to go to an atm and draw out cash to pay my room charges the staff offered no other option and treated me as if I were a third class citizen. I used the same card that the hotel said had been declined. Just very frustrating, since I was with a girl that I was planning to ask to marry me. It was such a screw up I decided to wait on the proposal until I was not so frustrated and embarrassed! Thanks for nothing that cost me over $2,000 for four days!!!!!!!!!
